When you request a quote: your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your shipment (cities, volume, weight, goods). When you track a shipment: the tracking number entered. We collect nothing else without your consent.
To answer your quote request and, if you go ahead, to organise and invoice your shipment (pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract). To meet our customs and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
Only the partners needed to carry out your shipment: carriers, warehouses, customs brokers and the customs authorities in France and India. Sending data to India is necessary to perform the contract you request.
Quote requests that do not lead to a shipment: 3 years after our last contact. Customer data: for the duration of the business relationship, then for the legal retention periods (10 years for accounting documents).
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and request its portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
