How it works
You don’t need to be a logistics expert. Here is what happens between your request and delivery, and what we need from you.
You estimate the price online and send your request. We confirm a detailed quote with the lead time and documents needed.
You accept the quote. We book space in the next container and send you your tracking number.
We collect the goods from your supplier or from you, or you drop them at our warehouse.
Packages are checked, consolidated and cleared for export, then loaded on board.
On arrival the container is unpacked and your goods are cleared. We send you the exact duties and taxes.
We agree an appointment and deliver to your address. Tracking switches to “delivered”.
We check everything before departure. Here is the basic list for each direction.
The Incoterm is on your invoice. It sets who pays for what and who bears the risk. We work with all common Incoterms.
You take the goods at the factory door. We can handle everything from pickup onwards.
The seller hands over export-cleared goods at our warehouse or to our carrier.
The seller pays up to loading on board. You cover the freight and arrival.
The seller pays freight and minimum insurance to the port of arrival.
The seller delivers to your address. You pay import duties and taxes.
The seller covers everything, duties and taxes included. The simplest option for the buyer.
Describe it in two minutes and we will come back to you with a detailed quote.
