Data we collect<\/h2>

When you request a quote: your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your shipment (cities, volume, weight, goods). When you track a shipment: the tracking number entered. We collect nothing else without your consent.<\/p>

Why we use it<\/h2>

To answer your quote request and, if you go ahead, to organise and invoice your shipment (pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract). To meet our customs and accounting obligations (legal obligation).<\/p>

Who receives it<\/h2>

Only the partners needed to carry out your shipment: carriers, warehouses, customs brokers and the customs authorities in France and India. Sending data to India is necessary to perform the contract you request.<\/p>

How long we keep it<\/h2>

Quote requests that do not lead to a shipment: 3 years after our last contact. Customer data: for the duration of the business relationship, then for the legal retention periods (10 years for accounting documents).<\/p>

Your rights<\/h2>

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and request its portability by writing to contact@side-cargo.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).<\/p>
